This document acknowledges the customer's acceptance of the following general legal terms and conditions:

General Terms

  • The client acknowledges that all interactions with male and female beauty and spa specialists are conducted humanely and ethically, in accordance with Islamic Sharia and labor regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Customers may request a specific service provider if available and not already booked.
  • If Armonia GYM & SPA is unable to provide the reserved service provider, the client will be compensated with another reservation at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.
  • It is not permissible to give material or in-kind gifts to service providers for any reason.

Service Type

  • Our services are only provided at the center; we do not offer home or hotel services.
  • Our services are available exclusively to men.

Advance Reservations

  • We strongly recommend booking appointments a week in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred time or service.

Cancellation and Exchange Policy

  • As a courtesy to other guests and our professionals, please provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid being charged the full fee.
  • Your credit card, MADA card, or gift card number may be requested at the time of booking.
  • For packages and bookings for two or more guests together, we require 24 hours' notice of cancellation.
  • Customers have the right to a refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the service time, with a 20% administrative fee deducted.
  • Missed or canceled appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
  • Customers can adjust their appointments through the website or customer service, provided this is done at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
  • Refunds will be processed through the website within 7 working days.

Upon Arrival at the Spa

  • We recommend checking in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
  • Arriving early allows you to enjoy a warm or cold drink and begin your relaxing journey before your service starts.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time due to our commitment to finishing on time.
  • After completing their service, clients may enjoy the relaxation area at their own pace.

Payment Types

  • We accept cash, debit cards, MADA cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and STC Pay.

Spa Etiquette

  • Our spa environment is calm and relaxing.
  • Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and quiet.
  • Mobile phones should be set to silent in the spa area, and sounds should be kept at a whisper.
  • Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Health Conditions

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the quality of service when making your spa reservation.
  • Armonia GYM & SPA is not liable for any harm if information is concealed or incorrect health information is provided before or during the service.

Cleanliness

  • In line with our commitment to hygiene, safety, and prevention, our equipment is sterilized and packed after each session.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you or in the free designated lockers during your visit.

Gift Cards

  • Armonia GYM & SPA gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards must be used within 12 months of the purchase date or by the stated "use by" date.
  • Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
  • Armonia GYM & SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Prices

  • Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without prior notice.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Armonia GYM & SPA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

Right of Refusal

  • Armonia GYM & SPA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer due to inappropriate behavior.
  • Inappropriate behavior or language during service will result in immediate termination of service.
  • We reserve the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate behavior.

  • If we fail to meet your expectations with any of our services, please let us know within 24 hours of your visit through any of our communication methods.
